Many years ago, when I started using e-mail for my first company it looked like a good tool, but today it is starting to feel more like a big pain. In this post I will try to present you with a method of handling e-mail which has proven to work quite well for me and my company. I thank Igor, my business partner, for introducing me to this method many years ago.

As an entrepreneur I’m always short on time. Instead of using more of my time for strategic questions and business opportunities I get caught up in micro management and coordination of my team, projects and activites. Since we're a web company we're trying to manage our business with online tools as much as we can. However, flipping from sales tool to project management tool or to another for communication within the team and with clients takes too much time from everybody. Sure there are good tools on the market, like Yammer , Zoho, Google Docs and Salesforce, but those are only parts of a good IT system. Some focus on CRM, other on document management and sharing, some others are good in enterprise social network, but let's be honest... how many tools do I have to use to accomplish a goal. It’s stressful and at the end of the day, my business data is all over the place. It all feels like a big mess.

Welcome to my first blog. I started this blog to share my thoughts and ideas about modern concepts of business management. I believe that the business landscape is changing very quickly and there are so many interesting concept worth sharing.

Since high school I have been studying and working in the field of web development and entrepreneurship, both by attending different studies and by running several companies. I also made several attempts at joining those two fields of interests together, but I will tell you more about it in later posts.
